Quietly answered.
Everything you might want to know before you step inside. If something isn’t here, write to us.
The Rituals
What exactly is an OOHLA ritual?
A sealed evening in a box. Each one is built around a single feeling — layered objects chosen in the order you’ll want them: oils, silk, something to read, something to set the room. Not a set of products to use, but an evening to fall into.
Which one should I begin with?
If you’re new, The First OOHLA is the gentlest way in. If you’d like us to choose for you, take the Ritual Match — four quiet questions and we’ll find the one that fits tonight.
Is everything body-safe?
Always. Anything that touches skin is chosen for it — body-safe materials, considered ingredients, nothing harsh or unkind. This is non-negotiable for us.
I’ve never bought anything like this. Is it intimidating?
No — and it isn’t meant to be. OOHLA is built for curiosity, not expertise. There is nothing to perform and nothing you need to already know. You only have to open the box.
The Inner Circle
What is the Inner Circle?
A membership written in chapters. Each month a sealed evening arrives — not the same box repeating, but a quiet arc that moves over three months. There are two: Restore Circle, for coming home to yourself, and Touch Circle, for finding your way back to each other.
What’s the difference between Restore and Touch?
Restore Circle is for you alone — a return to yourself, chapter by chapter. Touch Circle is for two — a way back to each other. Same idea, different journey.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account. Nothing is locked in beyond the month you’re in.
When is it billed and shipped?
Each chapter is sent monthly, packaged with the same discretion as everything else. You’ll always know what’s coming before it arrives.
The Library
What is the Library?
OOHLA’s collection of erotic literature — letters, stories, slow-burning fiction. It’s the room made of words, for the desire that lives in the imagination before it ever reaches the body.
Is it included with a ritual or membership?
It’s its own room. Some stories are open to everyone; the rest sit behind a Library pass — The Week ($10) or The Month ($30). One pass opens every sealed story while it’s active.
Can I write for the Library?
Yes. You can submit a story under a pseudonym of your choosing. If we publish it, you earn Library credit — and nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Discretion & Privacy
How does it arrive?
Discreetly. Plain, unmarked packaging — nothing on the outside names what’s inside, and nothing announces it to anyone but you.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. What you read, buy, and save is yours. We treat this house as a private one.
Who is OOHLA for?
Adults — women, and the two who want to find their way back to each other. You must be 18 or older to enter. You don’t need to be in a relationship; half the house was built for you alone.
Orders & Care
Can I send OOHLA as a gift?
Yes — there’s a door for that. A ritual makes an extraordinary gift for the woman who deserves something for herself.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene and safety, intimate items can’t be returned once opened. If something arrives damaged or wrong, write to us and we’ll make it right.
How do I reach a real person?
Write to hello@oohla.world. A person reads it.
