Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Performance Works (Aust) Pty Limited (“OOHLA”, “we”, “us”), and govern your access to and use of oohla.world (the “Site”) and anything you buy from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.

OOHLA sells intimacy and sensual-wellness products and content intended only for adults. By using the Site or buying from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. The Site is not for anyone under 18.

To buy from us or access certain rooms, you may need an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used fraudulently.

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we’ll refund any payment for the cancelled part.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify. By submitting an order you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown, including any taxes and shipping. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before you order.

The Inner Circle (Restore Circle and Touch Circle) and the Library passes are paid for upfront, for the full term you choose. They do not auto-renew — you will not be charged again automatically. When a term ends, you’re free to begin a new one whenever you like.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. If you cancel partway through a term, we’ll refund the balance for the portion you haven’t yet received — paid back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We’ll always tell you the price of a term before you commit to it.

Delivery times, costs, and our discretion promise are set out on our Shipping & Discretion page. Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate and body-contact products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. Please choose carefully. If an item is still sealed and unused, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll let you know whether a return is possible.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or significantly different from how it was described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as the law provides. If something is wrong with your order, write to us at hello@oohla.world and we’ll make it right.

Devices carry a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery. Any such warranty is in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights, which apply regardless.

The Library and other written and audio content on the Site are for your personal, private enjoyment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any of it. If you submit a story to the Library, you confirm it is your own original work, you grant us a licence to publish and display it on the terms we provide, and you agree nothing is published without your sign-off.

Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or copy it, misuse another person’s account, or use it in any way that breaks the law. We may restrict or withdraw access if you do.

The Site and everything in it — text, images, design, logos, the OOHLA name, and all written and audio works — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Using the Site doesn’t give you any ownership or right to use our intellectual property except to enjoy the Site and what you’ve bought, for your personal use.

Anything on the Site is for general information and enjoyment, not medical advice. Our products are wellness products, not medical devices. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

We provide the Site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that can’t legally be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it’s limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
