Every order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no OOHLA logo on the outside, no description of the contents, and nothing on the label that names what’s inside. The sender line is neutral. What you ordered is between you and the house — no one else.

We ship worldwide, including to India, Australia, the United States, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, across Europe, Nepal, and Thailand, among others.

Because of local laws on the import of intimacy products, we’re unable to ship to certain countries — currently Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Africa. If we can’t ship to your destination, you’ll know before you pay.

Orders are usually packed within 3–4 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

International: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you’ll always see the cost before you pay.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your destination country. These are determined by your local authorities, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs may also occasionally delay a parcel; we’re unable to influence those timelines.

If your order is delayed well beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, write to us at hello@oohla.world and we’ll make it right. A person reads every message.
